About
Founded in 2024, Yoga del Mar was born out of a passion for holistic healing and a desire to share the transformative power of yoga with others. Originally started as small offerings, Yogini del Mar continues to offer tailored yoga classes and mobility technique sessions throughout the La Habra, Yorba Linda, and Anaheim area.
What to Expect
Over the years, Yoga del Mar has evolved into a place for stillness and rest. With a background in Hatha Yoga and Assisted Stretch techniques, students will exercise directed physical and mental effort and release. In addition, Yogini del Mar offers workshops, events, and trainings as a means to provide a space for the collective or the individual to reconnect to their body, breath, and mind.
